My role

I organized the information architecture, developed the responsive interface and implemented SEO, FAQ and contact points aligned with the visitor journey.

Challenge

Explain a complex legal topic without overwhelming the page and guide audiences with different knowledge levels to the right information.

Implementation

The page was componentized with React and TypeScript using semantic sections, responsive navigation, specialized content and direct WhatsApp integration.

Technical and interface decisions

Choices that shaped the project.

  • Focus a single search intent within its own domain and experience.
  • Organize content from problem recognition to contact.
  • Use an FAQ to anticipate recurring questions.
  • Repeat calls to action only at high-intent points.
  • Prioritize readability and loading performance on mobile devices.

Outcome

The service gained an independent, indexable page capable of explaining the topic clearly and directing visitors to specialized assistance.
